Terms of Service

Terms content: 1 October 2026

Account age eligibility

Only people aged 18 or older may create an account. Registration records your adult declaration without asking for a date of birth. Identity and adult eligibility for paid subscriptions are separately checked by Didit, which may process your date of birth and government ID as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account and eligibility

You must meet the platform’s current adult eligibility requirement, provide accurate account information that you are entitled to use, protect your credentials and devices, and take responsibility for actions you authorise. Secure your account and report suspected misuse or unauthorised access promptly. Impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, abusive automation, access-control circumvention and interference with the service are prohibited.

2. The platform and participants’ responsibilities

ClientOSxc provides discovery, contract records, scheduling, communication and management tools. Teachers are responsible for their qualifications, teaching, safety arrangements and lawful delivery of services. Learners must provide accurate information needed to participate and comply with valid agreements. Identity verification checks account identity; it does not guarantee qualifications, background, honesty or teaching outcomes. We do not guarantee successful matches, income, examination results, health improvements or particular learning outcomes.

3. Agreements, lesson balances and payments

Services, lesson fees, payments, refunds and performance obligations between teachers and learners are governed by their valid agreements and applicable law. Lesson deductions and releases, check-ins, ratings and platform decisions are management records, not bank transfers, escrow or court judgments. ClientOSxc does not collect, hold or guarantee lesson payments for participants. A simple contract records an existing arrangement for management purposes; it does not replace or unilaterally change that arrangement. Before signing, claiming, transferring or ending an agreement, check the participants, version, terms and remaining balance. Signed documents are retained by version and participant permissions; taking over a contract does not grant access to a previous learner’s private documents.

4. Schedules, notifications and evidence

Cancelled, unconfirmed, expired and unfulfilled schedules may remain as historical records; they do not establish that teaching took place. Push notifications can be affected by permissions, connectivity, devices and external services. Check in-app status and deadlines as well. We will take reasonable steps to address service faults. If a dispute arises, retain original evidence and use the appropriate reporting process; an automated status alone does not determine legal liability.

5. Content, privacy and use of tools

You retain rights in your content and must have permission to upload, share and process the information it contains. You authorise the processing necessary to provide, retain, transmit, back up and protect the service; this does not transfer ownership. Do not disclose other people’s contracts, messages, images, health information or identity information without authority. Training analysis, forms, ratings and statistics do not replace medical diagnosis or individual legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Stop relevant activities and seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance if an injury or emergency occurs.

6. Subscriptions and external services

Platform subscriptions are separate from lesson fees. Review the purchase channel’s price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms before buying. Payments, refunds and subscription management follow that channel’s processes and applicable law. Cancelling a subscription does not end a teacher–learner contract or delete your account. Google, Apple, identity verification providers and other external services have their own terms. We provide support within our actual control but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of external services.

7. Reports, restrictions and appeals

We may impose proportionate content or feature restrictions to protect users, address violations or comply with lawful investigations. Except where prohibited by law, urgent action is needed or another reasonable exception applies, we will use available channels to explain the reason and available correction or appeal options. A report or platform restriction does not itself establish criminal or civil liability. Submitting feedback does not oblige us to adopt an idea, pay compensation for it or complete work by a particular date.

8. Service risks and limits of responsibility

We will use reasonable care to maintain service availability, data integrity and security. Connectivity, devices, maintenance and external events can still cause delays or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses directly caused by services supplied independently by participants, unauthorised user content or events outside our reasonable control where the law does not place responsibility on us. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer rights, our own legal responsibilities, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other mandatory protection. You do not waive statutory remedies.

9. Changes, account closure and contact

Material rule changes should be made available for review, with consent obtained where required by law. Existing acceptance records and signed agreements must not be rewritten retrospectively. Account deletion and retention follow the privacy notice and the relevant in-app process. Use in-app feedback or the contact details under About to raise questions. These terms do not remove access to courts, regulators or other dispute-resolution channels available by law.
